Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the security services provided by TRI Security Services ("the Agency", "we", "our"), based at 6th Cross Road, 2nd Floor, Behind Govt Hospital, New Extension, Kadugodi, Bangalore – 560067. By engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these terms along with the signed service agreement.

2. Services & Scope

The Agency provides security guards, corporate, industrial, residential, event security, CCTV & monitoring, construction security, bodyguards, escort security, armed security, dog squad, facility management and factory labour contract services. The exact scope, number of personnel, duty timings and responsibilities are defined in the written agreement for each engagement.

3. Statutory Compliance

• PSARA, 2005: Services are provided subject to licensing under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005. Guard deployment includes police verification, training and photo identity cards.
• EPF & ESI: Statutory contributions are made for eligible personnel at prescribed rates.
• Minimum Wages: Personnel are paid at least the minimum wages notified by the Karnataka Government.
• CLRA, 1970: Contract manpower services comply with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
• Bonus Act: Statutory bonus is paid to eligible employees at the prescribed rate.
• GST: Security services attract 18% GST. Our GSTIN is 29CWBPA6162L1ZD. Applicable taxes are shown separately on invoices.

4. Guard Eligibility & Verification

Guards deployed by the Agency are between 18 and 65 years of age, undergo police verification, and receive training as required by applicable law before deployment. They carry photo identity cards and are bound by the Agency's code of conduct.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the premises, risks and duties during the site survey.
• Provide basic facilities such as duty location, uniform storage, drinking water and, where required by law, rest facilities for guards.
• Notify the Agency promptly of any change in requirements, incidents or concerns.
• Not directly instruct guards to perform duties outside the agreed scope or contrary to law.

6. Fees, Billing & Payment

Billing is based on the agreed man-hours or monthly retainer. Invoices are raised monthly with applicable GST (18%). Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the agreement and may result in suspension of services upon notice.

7. Liability & Indemnity

The Agency's liability is limited to the extent of the services agreed and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the value of fees paid for the services in the relevant billing period. The Agency is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses. Personnel deployed are covered by Workmen's Compensation in accordance with law. Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance for their assets and premises.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, riots, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to maintain services during such events.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in the written agreement. Fees for services already rendered remain payable. The Agency may terminate with immediate effect in case of non-payment or violation of terms by the Client.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
